When AI spending is growing but its causes are unclear, I lead a hands-on review of the systems and costs agreed in scope. I examine available billing, usage and configuration, document specific opportunities to reduce costs, and verify savings after your teams approve and implement the changes. We agree the scope, baseline, access and fee terms before the investigation begins.

Advisory on a Defined Decision
I help leaders work through business and technology decisions that need a clear direction before resources are committed. This can include investment priorities, operating responsibilities, process redesign or the practical implications of an AI initiative. We start by defining the decision you need to make and what evidence would help you make it.
Implementation and Delivery
I lead the work required to take an initiative from business design into use, including requirements, delivery coordination, rollout and adoption. When a technical build is needed, I work with specialist partners and define responsibilities clearly, so the solution addresses the business problem it was built to solve.

Workshops and Speaking
I run workshops around decisions leaders and teams need to make, from investment and operating change to the practical challenges of implementation. I also speak about leadership, business transformation and enterprise AI, including its economics, governance and effect on how people work.
