Who Is Responsible

What I Collect and Why
- Contact form. Your name, email address and message, so I can read and reply to your inquiry.
- Email. If you email me directly, I receive your email address and anything you include in the message.
- Booking a call. If you book a call, you share your name, email address, the answers you give and the time you choose, so we can hold the call.
- Updates. If you subscribe, your email address is used to send you occasional news about new work. Every update includes a link to unsubscribe.
- Website hosting and statistics. Technical data such as IP addresses is processed to deliver pages and protect the site. Any visitor statistics are collected without cookies and without identifying you.
I use this data because you contacted me or asked for something (for example a reply, a call or updates), or because it is needed to run and protect the website. I do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. It remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme in your own browser; that setting never leaves your device.
Service Providers
I use trusted service providers to host this website, deliver messages, schedule calls, send updates and handle email. They process data only on my behalf and for these purposes. Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards recognized under EU data protection law apply.
How Long I Keep It
I keep messages and booking details for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up, and delete them when they are no longer needed. If you subscribed to updates, your email address is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your Rights
You can ask me to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how I use it, or to receive a copy of it. If you gave consent, for example for updates, you can withdraw it at any time. To do any of this, email katerina@katerinatasidou.com. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
