About
I’m Katerina Tasidou. I work with leaders on the decisions that determine whether an investment changes how an organization operates: what to prioritize, who has authority to act, how work needs to change and what result would justify continuing.
I trained as a chemical engineer and hold an MBA. My career has taken me from research and innovation into operations and enterprise transformation. I have worked across financial services, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, manufacturing, retail and distribution.
In my advisory work, I have led teams bringing together senior leaders, business owners, technical specialists and control functions. I help them make the choices that connect strategy to delivery, then define what those choices mean for people, processes, technology and ownership.
How I Approach the Work
I start with what the business needs to achieve, then question the decisions and ways of working that stand in its way. Before recommending a change, I test how it would create value, what the data and technology can support, which risks matter, what it will take to make the change and who will be accountable for making it work.
I lead the work from direction through implementation and adoption, working with leaders, business teams and technical partners to make decisions, build what is needed and help people work differently. I judge progress by what changes in practice and the results that follow.

I have led data and AI strategies, governance and transformation work, connecting executive priorities to investment decisions, ownership and operating models. I have also led implementation of selected governance processes and worked with business and technical teams to put those decisions into practice.

My work has covered production and capacity planning as well as AI governance and EU AI Act compliance. I have led governance design and implemented components including AI intake, a registry, policies, tool guidance and staff awareness, working across business, legal, privacy, security and technology teams.

I have led enterprise AI governance and EU AI Act compliance work, translating regulatory and internal risk requirements into responsibilities, controls and evidence for AI development and operations. The approach was tested through a pilot use case.

I have worked across material, production and capacity planning, warehousing, logistics and distribution, translating operational needs into systems and process changes. I have also led digital transformation and the redesign of industrial service processes using AI and automation, with selected capabilities subsequently put into production.

I have worked on the systems and processes supporting retail and distribution operations and led the redesign of pricing decisions and sales processes using AI and analytics. That work connected commercial decision logic, data requirements and target workflows to a practical route for implementation.
